# Đăng ký

## Bước 1: Nhận bệnh

Đăng nhập thành công --> Vào "Khám tầm soát" --> "Đăng ký khám"

 Bệnh nhân mới đến khám, nhân viên tiếp nhận bệnh nhân khai thác các thông tin:

* Họ tên, Năm sinh, Giới tính, Địa chỉ, Số điện thoại..... Chọn Khoa phòng --> Đăng ký khám.
* Nếu bệnh nhân làm chỉ định dịch vụ : Chọn Không khám --> Chọn chỉ  định dịch vụ  ở Tab Chỉ định dịch vụ --> Đăng ký khám

## Bệnh nhân cũ tái khám

* Điền Họ tên, Năm sinh --> Enter : Phần mềm sẽ liệt kê danh sách bệnh nhân đã từng đăng ký --> Chọn bệnh nhân --> Thực hiện đăng ký khám.
* Nếu bệnh nhân cũ có mã vạch  --> Quét mã vạch --> Thực hiện Đăng ký khám.

## Bước 2 : Sau khi điền đầy đủ các thông tin  -> Bấm Đăng ký khám
